Rental Claims Services and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“we”, “us”, or “our”) administers liability claims, including personal injury and property damage, for occurrences involving Enterprise-owned or operated vehicles or locations. This statement applies only to data that we treat as “consumer health data” under the Nevada consumer health data law (“NCHD”) and the Washington My Health My Data Act (“WMHMDA”) (collectively, “CHD Laws”).

We may collect or receive directly from you or, with your authorization, from third parties, such as insurers, medical providers, medical copy services, or legal representatives, information including information about relevant health conditions you have related to claims involving injuries (“Health Data”). Health data may also be received through an investigation or publicly available information. This includes current or previous physical, mental, or medical conditions, injuries or disabilities, medical procedures and prescriptions, personal habits, such as drug and alcohol use, and medical history.
Enterprise collects, uses, and shares Health Data as reasonably necessary to manage an injury claim in connection with one of our vehicles or locations. We may use and share Health Data to determine liability and amounts of any damages; conduct internal investigations; comply with law, legal process, and internal policies; maintain records; and exercise and defend legal claims; or otherwise provide you with services that you request.
We do not “sell” Health Data, as defined in the health privacy laws of Washington, Nevada and Connecticut.
We may share your Health Data with the following parties for the purpose of handling and fulfilling claims, or as required by law:

Service providers such as but not limited to professional advisors, medical professionals, and actuaries. Third party claims administrators (TPAs), claim investigators, engineers, translators, legal services, or similar third-party vendors
Other services relating to the information provided to check, detect and prevent fraudulent claims and otherwise manage the claim
Government/public authorities, litigants, or as required by applicable laws
